Yes — our in-store consultations are completely free. Our design team can assist with tile selection, layout planning and product specification for both residential and commercial projects.
Can I take home samples before buying?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to take tile and material samples home to see how they look in natural light and alongside existing finishes. Ask in-store for our sample lending service.
Do you deliver across Malawi?
We offer same-week delivery to Blantyre and Lilongwe. Nationwide delivery is available to all major towns. Contact us for a delivery quote on larger orders or rural locations.
Do you offer trade accounts for contractors?
Yes. We have trade accounts for qualified contractors, architects and interior designers with dedicated pricing, priority stock allocation and flexible payment terms. Contact us to apply.
What is your returns policy?
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Bespoke, cut or clearance items are non-returnable. Please inspect all goods on delivery.
Can you help with installation?
We do not directly provide installation but we maintain a network of vetted, recommended tilers and bathroom fitters across both Blantyre and Lilongwe. Ask in-store for a referral.
